Lagoon for Daves Bday

Dave's birthday is next Sunday. For his present he wanted to go to Lagoon. So we went to Utah on Monday night and then went to Lagoon on Tuesday! It was so much fun! At first the kids were scared to go on rides but as the day went on they got braver! We decided not to go to Lagoona Beach. But we did get wet on RattleSnake Rapids! We got to Lagoon at 11 am and stayed until 10 pm. We didnt get home til 12:30. What a fun day!

Happy Fathers Day

This is a very special post to me. Its my Fathers Day post! Its special because I want to wish my Dad and my Husband a very Happy Fathers Day.

First Daddy:

Oh Daddy words cannot express the love I have for you. You are amazing to me. You always make me feel so special and loved. You always make me laugh and cry. I am so lucky to be your daughter. Your the Best Daddy in the Whole Wide Universe and I love you more than I can say.

I wont be able to give my dad a Fathers Day hug. I wont be able to call him and tell him personally that I love him and that I think he's a great dad. But he will know. I know he looks over me and my family. I know that he wants to hug and kiss me and my kids. I know he loves David and that he would love to fish and hunt with him. I know that he would be here if he could. I don't understand why he is not but I know that someday I will understand. I will be able to hug and kiss him to make up for all the times I have missed. Busy Couple of Days

Wow! Its been a busy couple of days!

Tuesday we went to the circus with friends.

Here are a few highligts! It was just the

small Shriner Circus here in IF, but we had fun!

Thursday I was at the church getting ready for Enrichment from

10 - 3 and then from 5 - 10!

We had a wonderful turnout. All the sisters seemed to enjoy

themselves! We had some great speakers!

The Bishop was an awesome "Captain".

I took pictures of the speakers but I am not sure if they

want them posted on here so I will just show

you the decorations!

Then last night we went to Kelley Canyon to roast hotdogs,

make smores, and hike! It was alot of fun. We

are going to plan a camping trip to go there again!

They have a swimming/hot pool there too!

We cant wait to go again!

Today we cleaned and got ready for Sunday and Fathers Day! Hope everyone is having a great week! Loves to all!

Dave is Speeding again and Its OK!

Last Tuesday, Dave got a lifetime experience. Because Sonic sponsers Larry H Miller Motor Speedway Desert Park in Toelle Utah, they gave the owners some passes to race. Dave got to go to Performance Driving School! He had to sit through a classroom session, skill specific exercises, a catered lunch, and then let loose on the track! First he rode with an in seat instructor and then let loose on his own! I wish I could have gone out to see him race! He got up to speeds of 115 mph with corners at 90mph. Uhhh.......Maybe its good I didnt get to see him race. I would be freaking out. He loved it!

Fun Weekend!

We had a super fun weekend! I loved every minute of it! We made it home (minus Britt) and have had a lazy day. Britt stayed with Shannon and Jeff to play with the girls for a few extra days! Lucky girl! She is loving it! Here are a few fun pictures from this weekend!

Our Summer Start!

So we finished school on Wednesday and headed down to Utah! That night we went to my niece Ariel's graduation and then to Sonic for free rootbeer floats. Then on Thursday we woke up and the kids got into my moms new pool!

As you can tell by the picture, Carter was too cold so he got out of the pool before I got the camera out! He did get back in but thats another set of pictures! The kids played in the pool all day long. They had a ton of fun. That night the kids played Wii with Uncle Danny and Mom visited with Grandma, Cousin Ariel and Aunt Pam! Friday morning we got up and headed to Aunt Lisa's house. We were going to go swimming at Crystal Springs but it was soooo cold and windy! We made it through a picnic lunch at the park and then back to Lisa's to play! We played all day and that night Grandma, Pam and Danny came out and we roasted Hot Dogs and Smores and watched "New in Town". Today the kids played in the pool and then we met Daddy in Perry and had a family dinner! We got to see Baby McKenna and all of our cousins! Britt went to spend the night with Aunt Melanie and her cousins! Tomorrow we are going to Roy for McKenna's blessing and then we are heading back home! Its been a long full couple of days! I will post more swimming pictures and blessing pictures when we get back home! Hope everyone is having a wonderful first week out of school! Love to all!
