Witches Fest at Gardner Village

Every year my mom,sister, and brother have been going to the Witches Fest at Gardner Village. This year since we live so close, Britt and I decided to go along too.

Here is the group outside my house before we went!

We ate dinner, wandered around the shops, and watched the witches parade! It was so much fun. Luckily we went on a night that wasn't too cold. I think this will definately be a tradition!

Rocky Mountain Raceway

We decided to take the kids to the race at Rocky Mountain Raceways!
We took the kids here a few years ago, but they cant remember it! We had a lot of fun!
Family kinda got frustrated with me cuz I took my book and kept reading instead of watching the race :)
The people sitting in front of us had 2 people from thier family racing so they were a rowdy bunch! Made the race more exciting!

Britt got a free tshirt that they threw into the crowd!

Our favorite part of the race is when they hook 3 cars together to make a trains and they all race figure 8's! Its exciting to watch them come so close to wrecking!

We will have to go to more races next year. Now we live so close to the track!

First Day of School
