Winter/ Christmas Crafts

I didnt post these earlier cuz I was using some of the ideas for presents, but here are some of the crafts that I worked on this winter! The black frame thing is something I found at DI earlier this year. It just laid around waiting. Then I remembered the Fantastic quote and decided what better place to put it. I cut it out on my vinyl cutter and added it! I have it hanging by my treadmill! Its a great inspiration! The metal bucket was another DI find! Once again I had it for a while and nothing stood out! Then I found this little house and cut it out and added it. The tin now holds important HOUSE reciepts. The magnets were a little idea I "borrowed" from a prize my mom bought at a craft fair! I cut the shapes out on my cricut and just added them to tiles I bought from Home Depot. I added magnets to the back! I made a set for a door prize for an Enrichment I did and then a set for some family, teachers and friends for Christmas! They were all super fun to make. I now have a saw to cut wood so I will be crafting away this spring too!
Loves, hugs, and kisses!

These are all of the cars entered and weighed waiting to race! The boys by the track!
Spencers car did amazing! He took First in all of his heats! It came down to him and his friend Josh! They did a tie breaking heat! It was so close!
In the end Spencer ended up taking 2nd Place. He was so
excited to get a trophy! He also got a medal.
Carter was happy for Spencer. There were boys there that were crying cuz they lost. I am so proud that Carter didnt act up that he didnt win. We are all so proud of the boys! Way to Go!

Carters Birthday

Carter had a great 9th birthday!
We did presents in the morning. Silly Carter wanted his own thing of muscle rub! I got him a big one!

His birthday was on Wednesday this year so that night we went to McDonalds for dinner. Then the boys had to go to scouts! Afterwards we had Pizza Pie for his "cake"!
Dad usually gets the biggest piece and the leftover piece but since it was Carters bday he got to have it! He loved it! It was nice to have something besides cake!
Since the boys had scouts on Wednesday we decided to have Carters party thing on Saturday! He chose to go roller skating! He loves roller skating now!
I had the people at the rink wish him a Happy Birthday over the loud speaker!
He thought he was famous! He got a free drink!
Carter - We hope you had a great birthday! You are a
great kid! We love you so so so much!
Have a wonderful 9th year!

loves, hugs and 9 year old smooches,

Carter is 9 years old!

Our First SonCarter David Hall
made his appearance on this Earth 9 years ago!
We should have known he would be such an active little boy by the way he arrived.
I was about 5 weeks from my due date when he decided to come!
He came fast and with a purpose!
He was ready to be here!
My labor was fast, fast, fast!
He was born at 11:37 p.m.
almost in Grandparents bonus room, or in the Rodeo on 1100 South!
Luckily Dad's a fast driver!
He was too early for his lungs, had to call in life flight but a snow storm was in the way.
He left his mommy and traveled to Ogden to a better hospital!
I was released about 12 hours after he was born!
He made Brittnee a BIG SISTER!
He was very sick and in the hospital for 8 days.
Looking at him now you would never know he fought for his life!
Today our Carter is 9 years old!

Car-Boy! You are such a great boy! You are so smart and so sweet! You are a great friend! You have a great talent of making friends wherever, whenever!
You are hard-working, very forgiving, and you are still in such a hurry to get where your going!
You love cheeseburgers, Mario, and erasers!
You are adorable in your little crooked glasses!
We are so happy that you are healthy and so thankful your a part of OUR FAMILY!
We love you Car-Boy!
Happy Happy 9th Birthday
love,
Your Family
Dad, Mom, Brittnee, Spencer, & Fiesty

Spencer Follow Jesus' Example

Spencer was baptized yesterday! I took this picture of him and made an invitation to send to family members!
I found this cute Baptism Poster on sugardoodle.info It was so much fun to make! The other kids were bummed I hadn't made it for them. I had it waiting for Spencer downstairs when he woke up! Spencer has always known that when he turns 8 he gets his "Holy Bible" and a suit! He was so happy to get it finally!

I love the little trinkets that Deseret Book carries! I always want Spencer to CTR so he can RTC (return to Christ)!
Here's the GUYS waiting for the Baptism to start!
Don't they look so handsome all dressed in white......I love it!

After the Baptism and Confirmation! Our ETERNAL FAMILY! We had our family and friends over for lunch afterwards. Spencer got some great gifts to remind him of his SPECIAL Day! We had a great time visiting! Thanks to everyone who traveled for a few hours to spend time with us! Thanks to our WARD family who taught and supported our family! You are truly great examples to the newest member!
loves, hugs and BAPTISM kisses,
Spencers MOMMY!
